Hamed Hamza (Kuwait/USA) and Yasin Imejat (Morocco/Ireland) are two artists who met in Ireland. Yasin is an artist born in the Atlas mountains, of berber descent. His life started out with gigs in the tourism sector. But he was a talented artist who took a risk and within a year of following his passion was contracted to design the renovations of Hotels and Restaurants around Marrakech. Being a man of the world his journey led him to Galway, Ireland where he settled and paints for the most illustrious gallery in the city, the Kenny. Hamed learned digital art at age 12 and has been making and selling abstract and concept art for a decade in the State of Kuwait. He isn't obscure though as he's made his name more in the realm of Environmental activism given he is a MD and a PhD candidate in Environmental and Occupational Health Sciences.
These Wall Monsters were Hamed's interpretation of his nephew, Ali.
Each NFT is a tasteful reconstruction of public domain flags in the image of a Wall Monster.
We realize that life is a beautiful thing but some people's lives are burdened with racism, sectarianism, and environmental injustices. These issues and disparities will only increase in the near future according to forecasts by the UNPCC. We started this project in the hopes that we would help unite the global community in order to raise the funds for the relief of climate refugees and victims of natural disasters while getting a lot in return in terms of dual-world utility and meeting some of the coolest people in the WORLD!
Our goal is to build an international community of nft holders. So far people outside of North America are hesitant about entering the web 3.0 era and investing in NFT/Blockchain technology. We believe this could be a huge climate positive step. Web 3.0, along with emerging renewable energy and energy storage facilities will allow the planet to heal and accommodate our growing world population. More importantly, people from less fortunate and underrepresented communities and countries will have the opportunity to enrich their lives through increased work opportunities and services. We'll be able to teach languages and play games with exclusive access all from the safety and comfort of our homes.
